Our History: In 1973 on a tennis court project at the University of Michigan, Mike Vinton became aware of his passion for sports construction. His career started with tennis court construction for high schools and municipalities and grew into development of divisions for running track and athletic field construction. With vision, drive and determination Mike’s goal of becoming a leader in sports construction has become a reality in Vasco Sports Contractors.

Our Process: Mike Vinton is recognized as a Certified Tennis Court Builder having joined the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) in 1997. Vasco Sports Contractors is licensed as an approved general contractor in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is a full service design-build company doing construction management for high schools, colleges, universities, and municipalities in those states.
